Bodla REIT Management Company turns the Bodla Group’s developments into regulated investment schemes — income-producing property, divided into units, held by an independent trustee and overseen by the SECP.
Bodla REIT Management Company (Bodla RMC) was formed in 2022 and holds a REIT Management Company licence from the SECP. It is the group’s vehicle for structuring real estate as Real Estate Investment Trusts: pooled funds that acquire, develop and manage property, and pass the income and gains back to unit holders.
The Bodla Group is a pioneer builder in DHA Multan with the highest number of projects in the area across residential and commercial portfolios. Bodla RMC brings that execution capability into a fund structure.
Every REIT scheme is registered with the SECP, its assets are held by an independent trustee, and its accounts are audited and published. Investors see what they own and how it performs.
Schemes are designed around rental yield and development profit distributed to unit holders, rather than speculative land trading. The objective is a return that can be explained, measured and repeated.
A Real Estate Investment Trust lets many investors own a professionally managed property portfolio together. Instead of buying one plot or one shop, you buy units of a scheme that owns a whole project.
Smaller ticket. Participate in a large commercial or residential project with a fraction of the capital it would take to buy in directly.
Regular income. REITs distribute the bulk of their net income to unit holders, so rental yield flows through as periodic payouts.
Oversight built in. An SECP-registered scheme, an independent trustee holding the assets, independent valuers and auditors — governance a direct property purchase never offers.
Tax-efficient structure. REIT schemes in Pakistan enjoy specific tax treatment at scheme level and for dividends; we walk each investor through the current rules before they commit.
Unlock value without a fire sale. Contribute land or a project into a scheme and hold units in return, rather than selling outright at today’s price.
Capital for construction. Developmental REITs raise funds from the public and institutions to complete projects on schedule.
A credible exit. A regulated, audited structure is one that banks, institutions and overseas Pakistanis can invest in with confidence.
Professional management. Leasing, maintenance, reporting and compliance handled by the RMC, so the asset keeps performing after handover.
Bodla RMC identifies a suitable asset, prepares the scheme documents, appoints an independent trustee and obtains SECP registration.
Units are offered to investors. Proceeds acquire or develop the property; the trustee holds the title on behalf of unit holders.
The RMC manages construction, leasing and operations, and reports to the trustee, auditors and the SECP on a fixed calendar.
Rental income and development profits are distributed to unit holders; independent valuations track the value of the units.
Bodla RMC is not currently managing a live REIT scheme. The first scheme is under preparation.
The next phase of the Bodla Group’s One Destination, a mixed-use commercial development in DHA Multan, planned to be brought to investors as a REIT scheme managed by Bodla RMC. Scheme type, size and offering details will be published here once the trustee, auditor and legal advisor appointments are complete and SECP registration is in hand.
